Eileen Hattan Lynch became Committeewoman for the Democratic Party of Oak Park in April 2019 and has been involved with Democratic Party politics for over 25 years. As Committeewoman, she advises on policy, communications and outreach to the community and the party membership. She has been the Chief of Staff to State Senator Don Harmon since 2013.
Prior to her current positions, she worked as Senior Policy Advisor to the Illinois Governor, Legislative & Advocacy Coordinator for the Illinois League of Women Voters, and Legislative Assistant to U.S. Senator Herb Kohl of Wisconsin in Washington D.C. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and French from the College of the Holy Cross and lives in Oak Park with her husband and four children.
