The Democratic Party of Oak Park is one of the largest progressive Democratic organizations in Cook County.
We're made up of members from all walks of life, from Oak Park and the surrounding region. We're open to anyone who wishes to help elect Democrats and discuss issues important to Democratic voters.
DPOP is the local place to get involved in Democratic politics. Individuals can donate as much, or as little, time as they wish. So come out and volunteer!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our monthly Second Saturday meeting. We were happy to welcome Cook County Board Commissioner Tara Stamps as our guest speaker after an introduction by our Committeewoman Eileen Lynch. We had a lively discussion in which Representative Camille Lilly joined Commissioner Stamps in dialogue with our caring and engaged audience.
