Thank you to everyone who packed the house for our Second Saturday meeting, especially our guest speakers Former EPA Administrator Debra Shore and Former HHS Regional Director Mike Cabonargi. We appreciated hearing their expert opinions on the dangers of DOGE.
We were also happy to welcome Lt. Gov. Juliana Stratton and U.S. Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi as well as Oak Park President Vicki Scaman, Cook County Assessor Fritz Kaegi, Illinois Rep. Camille Lilly, Illinois Senate President Don Harmon, and many others.
