We were happy to welcome Cook County Board Commissioner Tara Stamps as our guest speaker after an introduction by our Committeewoman Eileen Lynch. We had a lively discussion in which Representative Camille Lilly joined Commissioner Stamps in dialogue with our caring and engaged audience.
